Admit it.  You know who these guys are.  And you like them.  Doesn't this seem like a picture of Emo-Band-of-the-Month?  Or perhaps a band on Dischord Records?  At the very least, it doesn't look like a picture of one of alternative rock's larger successes.  But it's none other than Weezer.

I know you don't want to like them.  How dumb is it going to look to have "Pinkerton" next to Born Against?  And it takes a real adult to admit liking the same band as his or her thirteen-year-old brother.  We've all been there.  It's a case of Weezer Denial: you refuse to admit to yourself that really you are a Weezerhead in disguise.  Don't believe me?   Next time you're at a show, ask someone if they like Weezer.  More likely than not, the person will stammer a weak "uhh... erk... nah, they're all right, but I mean, I don't listen to them or anything."  Perhaps you are this person.   Don't despair.  You're not alone.
